As Google was gearing up for the annual I/O conference, they knew that an influx of applications would be coming their way. Excited to work with innovators, they wanted to make sure they were attracting the right applicants by using the right tone and look on their social media assets.

Incubeta Joystick pitched a variety of concepts and collectively we landed on one; clean, eye catching, and modern that was consistent with the I/O brand. Joystick created a variety of social assets for the campaign.

Google was excited at the high quality of applicants they received and noted that it greatly exceeded the previous year.
