Known for their exceptional fragrance and beauty products, Guerlain partnered with AdLingo and Joystick to create a custom chatbot to provide shoppers with personalized product recommendations, for themselves or as a gift, during the holiday season. AdLingo is a platform founded by Google which brings the two-way dialogue of chatbots to online marketing.
Joystick worked with Guerlain to design and develop a guided and personalized experience to the user in both French and English. Designing for conversation is a whole new level of engagement that requires a new lens to achieve a successful dialogue with the consumer.
